Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of mediaking.ai (the "site"), operated by Media King AI. By using the site, you agree to these terms. They don't replace the separate service agreement or statement of work you sign with us for paid campaign management. Where the two conflict, your signed agreement takes priority.

Use of the site

You may browse the site and use the tools on it (including the ROI calculator) for your own informational purposes. Calculator outputs are estimates based on the figures you enter, illustrative only, not a guarantee of results.

Our services

Details of specific paid services, including scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines and cancellation terms, are agreed separately in writing with each client before work begins. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or guarantee of specific advertising results; ad platform performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and client-side factors (site, offer, budget).

Intellectual property

The content, design, copy and code on this site belong to Media King AI unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or repurpose it without our permission. Client logos or case study material shown on this site are used with permission of the relevant client.

Third-party links and platforms

This site may link to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). We aren't responsible for the content, terms or practices of those third-party sites.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media King AI isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. This doesn't limit liability that can't be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own jurisdiction.
